If you want to avoid the rush and vote early you can, but when does early voting start? My friend in GA wrote me that she has already voted. She said, "That leaves us free to not clog up the voting booth on Nov 4, so that if there are long lines people won't give up. That means we could work the poles or also sign up for a polling monitor for our party. "

When I am not on the web it keeps trying to connect. I unplugged the connection so it couldn't just so I could prepare documents I need for work, but the explorer keeps trying to connect and I get the message "The page you have requested is not available offline" asking if I want to connect. I just reset all my security settings and it seems to be better, but while I typed this 2 popups appeared. These are horrible popups, they take over the entire screen, where I am trying to write is underneath, I have to close the popup to finish typing.

I tried downloading a virus protection from microsoft, but some other progran seems to have downloaded instead. It keeps asking me to register it, and when I try it goes to a page where it wants me to purchase a program, for $49..

Is it possible the program that downloaded is responsible for the popups??

How do I know if the charge is a felony or misdemeanor?

The charge is Assault, a friend got into a fight with their roommate. A charge like this was filed before and I don't really know what happened, might have been a short probation, but it was a couple of years ago.

I have noticed that some of the questions are answered by people who add something like "24 years attorney" or "Texas attorney", or they have some disclaimer, like "general discussion, not to be subsitutied for legal advice."

My friend called and left a voice mail, she was in the hospital, and she might need me to cover some work she had to get done. She was in intensive care, and couldn't work for a while. I called and talked to her husband the next day, and he said she was going to be moved to a regular room after a couple of days, and then she would have a phone and she could call me.

She never called to say she had been moved to a regular room and after 8 days I called her husband again and he said she was released to go home the day before. I tried to call her at home for 2 weeks and she would not answer my call. (Caller ID) Then, finally, she answered and she was ticked off that I didn't go visit her in the hospital.

I don't think she should be so upset. If I were in the hospital I wouldn't expect her to visit me. We each work about 60 hours a week.

Am I just cold and uncareing, or is she just high maintainance?
