I have a six month old who is breastfed. She wakes up 3 times a night to feed. My Dr. says this is not necessary and that I should get her out of this habit. When did your babies start sleeping through the night? Do you think this is a bad habit that needs to be broken now? or is it not a big deal and can be managed when I wean? Which may not be till she is 1.

I just went to the Dr. Today as he said I should start solids and continue to move up to three meals a day. This all sounds good to me. But he said that as long as she is getting 18 oz of breast milk a day that that should be sufficient, a long with the solids? This sounds like a rather small amount of milk to me? What do you guys think?

Note: My daughter is a healthy weight 17.8 pounds and had been exclusively breastfed till about three weeks ago when we started adding 1 solid meal a day.

Ok, I have a problem. I do like Fall out Boy. But i'm not too sure what all the songs mean. I work much better if I can connect to the music I'm listening to or better yet at least understand it. He is very poetic and I like that but I was never good with poetry. Can any one help. I know this is vague considering they have a number of songs but any thing will help right not.
