...of the US Gov't running any organization, institution, business or service more efficiently than private business. The US Postal Service, Public Schools, Medicare, Social Security ect. are all examples of our Gov't failing to operate an institution effectively or efficiently. I can't think of a single example of our Gov't running any institution effectively or efficiently, yet we want to put our health care system in their hands in order to lower costs? In my experience you lower cost by running an institution efficiently, and our Gov't in incapable of doing so. So, why then do so many people want to put our health care system in their hands. If someone can provide any examples of our Gov't running anything more efficiently than private business I would love to hear them.

All of the files in all of my folders are automatically set to "Tiles" view, and I hate looking at my files in this manner. Is there an easy way for me to set all of my folders to be in "Details" view automatically. It is a pain to go through and have to change them one by one. Thanks.

There are thousands of stray and unwanted dogs, cats and other pets that are put to death everyday in America when adequate homes can’t be found for them. There are also thousands of poor and homeless people that go hungry in America every day. Why aren’t we “recycling” this vast amount of unused meat that is the result of unwanted animals being put to sleep? The majority of domesticated animals that are put to sleep each day are completely edible, so why are we wasting such a vast amount of edible protean that is essentially free. Many cultures eat dog meat and other animals that we would consider “pets” so why don’t we…. Especially when there are people starving everyday and delicious animals that are going to waste?

If not then why do many people continue to support Government involvement in organizations and institutions that can be run more efficiently by private business. For example there are many people who support Social Medicine, but why put this institution in the hands of a huge inefficient bloated bureaucracy. The same could even be said for public schools. In my experience private business is infinitely better at running organizations and institutions efficiently, and developing creative solutions to systemic problem. Why not leverage this ability by privatizing more Government organizations and institutions.
