Now hear me out. In some states if someone murders a pregnant women it is a single homicide and others a double homicide since the unborn baby is the second person. In the states where it's a single homicide for killing a pregnant women I'd imagine that if you could convince a women to have a late term abortion you could eat the fetus without charges based on that fact it was not a person right?
