Here is my dilemma. I applied for both companies and I don't know which one to choose. I applied for Ulta and was called back for an interview the next day. I was offered the job on the spot and I took it ( I didn't know Sephora was going to call me). I applied for Sephora over a month ago and I received a call the same day I was hired for the other job but I still went to the Sephora interview. I thought I wasn't going to make it to the Sephora final interview but they called me and wanted to schedule it. I don't have a job offer yet from Sephora but it's very possible that I will but I already took the job at Ulta what should I do? Sephora offers me higher pay but less hours, Ulta offers me less pay but more hours. What if Sephora gives me a better job offer? I would feel incredibly guilty telling the Ulta managers that I can't work there anymore because I have a better offer but I just started working there. Both are great companies and ultimately I end up getting payed the same amount?

My end goal is to move up to management position or somewhere in the headquarters of the beauty companies? (I have a college degree)
