  • Question about Ramps and oil change?

    So, wouldn't it be bad to start a car with new oil when the car is at an incline? Or could i just put the right amount, then put it in neutral to let it slide down, and then check the final oil amount?

    I'm just curious about it, because this is what i've done in the past and still going.

  • 1998 Volkswagen Jetta GL?

    My car when i turn it more than half a turn either way, it squeals real loud. Under the hood, it squeals on the left if facing towards the headlights. I dont understand why it squeals. Can someone tell me what is causing this? Steering rack, power steering pump/belt; and, where is the p/s belt located?
