My partner would like another baby (we have 3 already) i would like to but im absolutely terrified of labour & birth my last birth was so traumatic that i even had nightmares and flash backs while awake, how can I overcome this so we can have our last baby & complete our family???

Ive been on the implanon (rod) for 6months about a week or two after I had a period. It was strange mainly just spotting. Now 5months later still no period. Have had alot of pregnancy symptoms like emotional, headaches, nausea, weight gain, indigestion, sore boobs, very tired, not certain if its just the side effects? Anyways lately I have been feeling movement very light bit feels exactly like when I fist started feeling movements with my other children, im just unsure if they are "Phantom movements" ive taken pregnancy tests some have come out light positives and others have come out negative I just dont know what to think? Im so confused and embarassed to go to the docs if its just side effects. Please has anyone else had these symptoms while being on implanon? Thanks alot

So I got the implanon contraceptive (also known as the rod) 7wks after I had my daughter I had not had a period before hand about 2 wks after getting on it I got a period. Than nothing have not had a period in 5 months so about 2 weeks ago I got a tiny bit of spotting like a few drops here and there but no period so I took a test and it showed a faint positive and so I took a couple more which showed negitive I dont know what to think. These are my symptoms which ive had over the last month or so bad headaches, feeling seedy every now and than, ingestion, a few wishy washy crampy feelings gained alot of weight (also could be due to implanon) and movement ( but unsure about the movement cause have been told that after a couple of babies u can feel Phantom baby kicks so not sure if they are real) ahh this is driving me in sane and I dont want to go to the doctors cause they will think im a idiot as they have before (they didnt think I was pregnant but 7months later had a baby boy lol) please give me ur opinions please and stories if u have had a similar experience please thanks in advance :-)

Hi so as I stated im 37+5 days pregnant and have not had any issues with back pain my whole pregnancy but last night and all through the night I have had constant aching back, my back aches so bad that it is unbearable and very difficult to roll over during the night and it wakes me up, today my back is still aching. Is this normal? Does this mean baby is down low awaiting arrival? Is labour close? Thanks in advance.

Hi so im currently 35wks pregnant and when I was 33wks pregnant the ultrasound tech picked up the baby has 1 artery and 1 vein instead of the 2 arteries and 1 vein. Doctors wont tell me risks or what this could mean they just say we are not worried as baby is growing fine but have to have frequent u/s to make sure baby doesn't have growth restrictions. And when she's born she will have u/s done of her kidneys that was it. I googled SUA and it says that it means that my baby could have skeletal, brain, kidney and or heart problems, it also says that it could mean down syndrome, trismony 13 / 12. I dont understand??? Has anyone ever had SUA before?? And what happened? Was ur baby ok?? Please help im so scared btw im 23 yrs and this is my second child. (he is perfectly healthy)

My sister has been trying for a baby since she had a marina removed 5 months ago, last month she missed her period but had spotting and light bleeding took a pee test that came up a light pos and than a week later had negitive tests so assumed she had a early miscarriage. This month she missed her period again and took a pregnancy test which showed a very dark positive (4 of them) than doc gave her a ultrasound and the tech was saying that there's nothing to be seen so she's not pregnant and not to waste there time again why was he so negitive?? It really upset her that he said these nasty things. So were thinking maybe she is only 3-4wks pregnant that's why nothing could be seen on a ultrasound yet is this true?? Please help me with positive answers please thanks in advance

My sister had a positive test yesterday and it was clearly a noticable positive and it was pink like the control line, she was due for her period yesterday and it didn't come. But today at about 4am she had sex with her partner than after that she had some red spotting (on toilet paper) than an hr later it has turned a brown pink colour and is only a little bit when she wipes could this be due to the sex? Or is she having a miscarriage? She has very minimal cramping (when she gets her period she has unbearable cramping but this is nothing like the period cramping she gets) please help us understand what's happening. Its Sunday here so the doctors are not open today or else we would be going to the doctors. Thanks in advance

Hi so my friend is due to start her period tomorrow and 2 days ago she took 2 tests and they came up a very very faint positive within the 5mins and after the tests dryed (2hrs later) they were clearly positive (thin coloured line) but the day after she took a digital test and that said no so she took another pee test (not first pee) and showed a very very faint positive (less faint than the first tests she took) and today she took 2 more tests (not using first pee) and got positives but again so faint and hardly there but the lines have colour so I dont think they are evap lines.

So im confused as to what to say to her cause every test I've taken where always clearly positive and I didn't use first morning pee with mine.

So do u think they are positive tests? Or are they FALSE positives? Or that she may have ovulated later than usual and the hcg isn't strong enough yet?

Hi so im 25 wks pregnant and since early on in the pregnancy when ever I orgasm I get cramping and pressure feeling for the rest of the day why is this? As the pregnancy has progressed the cramping and pressure is worse and am scared of having a orgasm cause I dont want to feel the cramping please tell me what's going on.

So yay finally started feeling movement but its not just low its like up to 3-4cm above my belly button as well I def know they are movements cause they are kicks, I was just wondering isn't it to early to feel bub so high?? Thanks

Hi so I have my 20wk ultrasound on Wednesday and am so scared that they are not going to find a heartbeat, only because I have not felt him/her move yet? My first child I felt move at 16wks and have not felt anything from this baby, is this normal? I'm 20wks 2days pregnant please give me some confidence that this has happened to you and everything was just fine! I have not had any bleeding but I do have pain and sometimes cramping which I think is normal? Thanks for ur answers

Hi so during my first pregnancy I would pee myself when I dry reach or throw up and doc said I have stress incontinence she said to do my pelvic floor excerises so I did for the rest of the pregnancy and after birth this problem got worse and no matter how much pfe I do it won't go back to normal its been 7months since he was born and am 19+5 wks pregnant now and this peeing thing is ruining my life if I cough, sneeze, dry reach or throw up I literally pee a whole bladder full of pee and I don't even need to go to the toilet when this happens im so embarrassed cause I go through so many pairs of undies in a day even when I wear a pad it still manages to get through the pad please help why is this happening?? I do my pelvic floor muscles every day please help!!!

Lately like the last 2days I've been getting really bad pains definitely not uterus stretching pain (I've already had a baby) its comes and goes it hurts muchly I don't know what this is? It hurts when I walk, sit, lay down etc it eventually goes away on its own but keeps coming back! Its a sharp pain in my lower stomach and it stays for hours! I'm pretty concerned and what makes it worse is I don't know if baby's alright cause I have not felt any movement at all during the pregnancy (and am concerned about that to) can someone help me to what this pain is? I did not feel this pain at all with my first pregnancy. Please help!!! (also there's been no bleeding)

Hi so im 18wks 2 days pregnant with baby no.2 and for some reason I don't hardly get hungry and I hardly eat. What is wrong with me? I don't have hardly any sickness, I just don't get the urge to eat maybe only once a day and when I try to eat I just get turned off food so I don't end up eating! I know I should be eating but im just turned off by food any food all food! Is it because I'm depressed? Please give me ur opinions please and stories of if it has happened to you and what it was! Hi so this is baby no.2 and with my first I felt him quite early 14wks lil flutters. Im 17wks with no.2 and not felt a thing no flutters nothing could there be something wrong? I've had alot of mild pain but I put that down to uterus stretching again. Im really worried and do not feel pregnant at all. Please give me some stories that this has happened to you or if it is normal to not feel my baby yet. Thanks in advance

Hi so in 16wks 4days and I had a ultrasound at 12wks and everything was fine but since than I've been through alot of stress ,been punched in the face, and my stomach has been stepped on (by accident I hope). And I just feel as though I may have lost my baby? Btw I want this baby so bad to complete my family so this was not a attempt to cause a miscarriage. Am I just being paranoid? I haven't had any bleeding or severe pain or anything. What do U think? Should I be concerned? Or not worry since there is no bleeding or pain? Thanks in advance

Hi so in 16wks pregnant and have a really bad toothache that was so bad I couldn't stop crying so I used clove oil and it has eased up. But than found out its harmful during pregnancy. Is it really? Will I miscarry now? I'm so scared can someone help please...

Hi im currently 11wks pregnant atm and would like to go on birth control after this baby is born (i have a 5month old son ) and have fertility issues I've had many miscarriages and took me a few years between each pregnancy to get pregnant. (but after the birth of my son i was very fertile and become pregnant by accident ) As i have a young son and a baby on the way they will be very close in age and would like to have a break for a few years before having another baby. So my question is, is there a birth control that would be suitable and will not decrease my chances of having another baby in the future?? Except from the pill?? thanks alot

So I went and seen my doctor today to ask for a referral for 12wk scan and blood test but he acted all weird with me and these were his words. firsty i had my son 5months ago, breastfed so didn't get my period till about 8wks or so later sometime in the second half of may (I forgot to write down the date cause I was so caught up in being a new mum) so missed my periods since than.

Doc-are U sure ur pregnant?

Me- yes I should be about 12wks nxt week by guessing the dates.... This is the combo we had.....

doc-maybe U should go home and take a test and if its positive come back and we will go from there.

Me- I have taken many hpt and they all came up positive and took a digital that's how in guessing about how far I am.

Doc- oh oh do U feel any different?

Me-yes I have morning sickness

Doc- oh ok I will give U a referral to get a blood test to see if ur pregnant.

Me- I just told U I've taken hpt and missed nearly 3 periods and have morning sickness

Doc- oh oh (he hands me a referral for a blood test and ultrasound with written on it ????pregnancy???

Wtf is wrong with this doctor???? Did he not believe i am pregnant and if he didn't why did he not do a pee test when i was there??? I don't understand why this turned out the way it did...... (btw in prone to early miscarriage that is the reason of not going to the doctor earlier and i did the same wit my son and i was not questioned so why am i now????

im currently 36wks pregnant and have diabetes which has seemed to affect him.... at 34wks my baby's stomach was measuring at 39wks but the rest of his body is measuring normal i am really concerned of the health issues of having my baby at 40wks as he would most definitely will be huge so if i asked would they induce me earlier like 37-38wks???? the weight percentile they do was way out of the chart for "normal" range...... please give ur opinions please thanx
