if im trying to lose weight do i watch the calories or the calories from fat?
which calories make me gain weight....im not on a carb diet or anything im just watch my fat intake so which one do i watch
a granola bar is 150 calories but it only has 35 calories from fat
so do i ignore the main calories and just focuse on the calories from fat?
