Do i have an eating disorder?
over the past 3 years my weight has gone from 8 and a half stone to 11st 9. it is making me depressed and now all i ever think about is food. I am very aware of what i eat and often regret eating whatever it is i eat (usually ok with veg and most fruit). i regret it, but yet i still eat it. This is everything from fast food to every day foods such as bread, cereal etc. i could never be anorexic because i love food too much but i am starting to get scared of becoming bigger and bigger. surely its not healthy to always be thinking about food worrying and regretting about it. any ideas or helpful tips?
6 AnswersDiet & Fitness10 years agoShould i tell my boyfriend how i feel?
i have been with my boyfriend for over 3 years and we are both 21. He only works part time at the moment but really hates his job, but isnt making an effort to look for a new one. i love him so much and honestly feel we have a future together. I don't want to freak him out by telling him that as i know we are quite young but i want to tell him to get off his **** and find a proper full time job so we can start saving and thinking for the future. I work full time and am tired of him complaining about his job when its only 16 hours a week, when i do over 37 hours a week. and hes not doing anything about it.
How can i tell him how i feel, that he should just start moving on a get a full time job like the rest of us have to do?
6 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoCan anyone give me some advice please?
i have been with my boyfriend for over 3 years. We are both 21. Since we left school at 18 all he has done is worked 16 hour weeks part time in a shop and he constantly says how much he hates it but never makes an effort to look for another job as he wont settle for a job he know he wont like and wants a job he loves, which i know is hard to come by. He also complains he can't afford anything or save money for future or anything. How can i tell him without sounding mean that he needs to sort himself out and get a full time job, and start saving and stuff as he has been the same way for about 2 years! and advice please would be helpful?

24 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoIs this a good diet and fitness plan to lose weight?
I am trying to lose about 2 stone. Can anyone tell me if this is a good diet and fitness plan, any suggestions would be a great help, thanks. I am also using a calorie counter on my ipod to help control my intake, it is set at 1200 a day.
Exercise :
1hr - 1hr 20min walk a day 5 days a week.
100 sit ups (will do more over time)
20 squats (will do more over time)
10 press ups (will do more over time)
Diet:
Breakfast: Tea with no sugar or orange juice and 2 weetabix with milk.
Lunch: Cup a soup (around 43 calories), quavers or skips (around 88 calories) rice cakes (low fat), sometimes i will have a salad.
Dinner: Normal dinner time food but less portions.
Snacks: cereal bar or Fruit such as grapes.
Drink: 1.5ltr Bottle of Peach Flavoured water from Sainsburys (hate tap water and this water has only 3 calories per 250ml and has no fat or salt or anything)
Is this good or can anyone suggest tweaks??
Thanks.

16 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoDo you think this is a fair salary?
I have been working for my company since October 2009. From October 2009 - June 2009 i was doing an apprenticeship with the company in business admin. I think my job title is Marketing Administrator and i do a lot of work that is your normal receptionist/admin type work. I do A LOT of website content uploads, i also do graphic design work, creating banners and creating email campaigns, so quite a bit of design work as well as normal admin tasks such as inputting statistic and web research etc. I didn't earn much while i was doing my course but not my course is complete i now earn about £10,000 a year. Considering the amount of work i do design and admin i just want to know if people think this is a fair salary. I am not being greedy for money or anything i just want to know if i am getting the most out of what i do or if i should move on, because i know there are admin jobs where you can earn about £12-15,000 a year. Any ideas? Thanks.
Here is a list of jobs i do so you can see how much i do...
- update 5 different sets of statistics daily.
- Create banners for websites (graphic design)
- Create affiliate banners
- Create 4 email campaigns every 2 weeks, set them up to send out (requires html)
- Upload products onto websites (takes roughly 2 weeks everytime a whole season needs doing)
- create pdf vouchers
- Web research
- any general admin tasks e.g sending out letters, binding, printing, photocopying etc.
- Upload content to sites.
- Creating SEO meta data.
I think these are the main ones, there are probably a few more little things but can't remember.
Thanks.

i am currently on ovarenette. i have been on it for over 2 years and have gained a lot of weight since being on it. i used to be 8 and a half stone and now im nearly 11 stone! i have read that weight gain is a side affect to the pill but when i went to the nurse and told her she said that she doesn't think its due to the pill but everything i have read has suggested it can cause weight gain, is she right? i would really like to stay on the pill but is there any alternative type of pill that will bring my weight back down? please help, any advice?
p.s. i don't think my eating habits or exercise have changed much in 2 years so i don't think its all down to food and laziness.

48 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoWhats the best way to cope with someone you can't stand at work?
for some reason there's a guy i work with who i really can't stand i find him very annoying though he doesn't really do anything in particular to annoy me (apart from his hideous laugh & can be a little patronizing). I also have my suspicion that he leaves earlier than hes supposed to, especially when its only me and him in the office so he knows he can get away with it. What is the best way for me to cope with this guy? i like my job and don't want a little thing like annoyance to ruin my job. Any suggestions please?
