What are some exercises that will help get rid of anterior pelvic tilt and lordosis and kyphosis? How long will it take to correct posture?

My Abdominal area sort of sticks out like a bump, but I'm not sure why. I barely have any fat, and I'm not looking to lose weight. Its just sort of like the stomach is sticking outish and is bloated and the skin is going out with it. I'm pretty fit so I don't think its flab. Is it just the shape? Is this normal?

I've already tried putting these cups out. The cups have hot water and in them, there is BBQ sauce at the bottom. I was hoping the flies would go in and die, but its not working. The flies are attracted to the BBQ smell, but they just sit on the rim of the cups and they dont do anything. When I try to bat them, they just fly away.

I try to get my parakeets new toys but I sense they are bored with their old ones. How should I make different new toys for them? ( I don't have time to run to the pet supply store all the time) i originally hung this round ring by a string, but they don't seem interested in it at all.

I decided my parakeets needed more variety (and something lower in fat), so I did some research and found a mix of tasty treats: uncooked whole wheat pasta, fresh organic romaine lettuce, fresh apple (skin free, of course), and a small portion of crushed low-fat cheerios. They seemed to like it, so I'm glad. But how often should I feed it to them? or should I mix it up? Can it be served as a meal, not a treat?
