My parents are celebrating their 40th Anniversary Sat. I'm having a difficulty as to what to get for them. They enjoy restaurants, though they tend to forget about the gift cards and never use it. I didn't want to give something that was sentimental.

I just found out that I am pregnant with my second child, my oldest is 7 months. I have another bedroom available for the second baby, but wasn't sure if I should purchase another bedding set for the new baby since my oldest will only be 15 months old.

My girlfriend's father has passed and she is responsible for paying for the funeral arrangements. Financially I know she is struggling and has asked the company we work at for a loan regarding this situation. I would like to give her something substantial in order to help her out, I'm just not sure what seems appropriate in this situation.

I am currently 24 weeks pregnant I have had a slight discharge that has occurred since I was 16 weeks along. I didn't notice anything different until 2 days ago when it seemed as if there was a slight odor which wasn't present before.

I am trying to come up with a pretty baby girl name that is Irish. I would like to have the middle name Kathleen named after my mother. My first thought was the name Shilah Kathleen though my husband hates the name. Any suggestions?

My nephews are 12 and 14, I'm not exactly sure what they would be into at this age. I would like to set a budget of 80.00 any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a miscarriage back in June of 08 and have been unsuccessful in trying to conceive again. Currently I am working with a fertility doctor from all the tests run they found that my ovaries no longer release the egg anymore and that they turn into cysts every month. He suggested acupuncture which we tried and of course it didn't work. I am just wondering if anyone has tried IVF and which lead to success. Also they found that my estrogen is at extremely high levels. So they think that it would be better to have me go on the pill for at least a month in order to lower my estrogen.

Any in-site would be greatly appreciated.

My cousin is expecting twins, him and his wife have decided to wait until the birth in order to find out the sex. I would like to purchase something that was a necessary for new parents one example I was given was to purchase the sitting fee for pictures. If anyone had any other out of the box ideas I would be so appreciative!!
