BQ: Who will do better Chivas or America?

Sometimes when i turn on my TV at night, they pass rugby games and honestly I have been interested in the sport for some time already. I have seen some videos on the rules and all that stuff (youtube). What I want to know is like the other details. What are the best leagues? I know there is a World Cup, is there other competitions? Best players? Is there clubs and international like in Football(soccer)??

I just been interested in the sport and I know the Rugby World Cup is coming up, so wanted to know a bit more of it. Anything will help....oh and no links to Wikipedia, ive read some already.

Looking for any good BBQ restaurants around the Los Angeles area, a nice sit down restaurant, nothing to pricey, maybe $25 max per person or so.

In a recent interview, Mphela said that France lost vs China, and they looked old and they are old. Then he said that Mexico is not that good, that he saw games vs England and vs Holland, and he thinks they are not that good how people say.

BQ: What do you guys think of Ravshan Irmatov being the referee for the South Africa vs Mexico game? Its his first world cup, a 32 year old, not with the expected experience to be the ref in the first game of a WC.....

Didier Drogba fractured his elbow and will be out of the World Cup. One of the best attackers in the World misses the WC just 7 days from the start...and another to the list, Rio Ferdinand injured his knee in practice and is also out of the WC.

BQ: Couple rumors here and there with FMF. I've read that Christian "Hobbit" Bermudez is close to signing with Deportivo. Andres Guardado is practically a new player of Fiorentina in Serie A, and will be officially announced after the WC, and for all you Memo lovers, Guillermo Ochoa is an option to go to Benfica, in exchange of Éder Luis to America.....opinions on all this??

Its been about a week, and Guille Franco shows no improvement from his injury. By FIFA rules, if a player is lost by injury and cannot be ready 3 days before the WC begins, the team is eligible to call another player and release the injured player, say this happens with Guillermo Franco, who should be called?

BQ: Do you think Theo Walcott's dad called the UK press and complained that his son will never play again for England, after being cut from the final 23 England roster for the WC???

Well we know the final 23, now we know who are the final players. I think there isnt one Mexican in the world who is satisfied with the final 23. Every single person has his own 23, or has his own player that SHOULD be in the team. Thats how it is probably all around the World.

But now its time to support Mexico, this is the World Cup, and personally I dont think we can be mad or pissed on the final 23 throughout the whole WC. Yea, Jona's cut does suck, his pops is saying that he will never play for Mexico again (I think thats BS) im sure that is the anger of him right now, and will play later again. Bofo should of been cut, Aguilar should of been cut, Nilo should of been cut.....yea everyone had their choice. Michel Bauer wants the federation to recognize 14 titles from the amateur era. Really? haha. I wonder if this has something to do that Toluca just tied them with titles and dosent wanna be at "the same level" as Toluca. In MY opinion, this is one of the stupidest things Bauer has ever said or tried to do. Since he hasnt been able to win a title since he got to America now he wants to "get recognized" for having the federation approve of 14 AMATEUR titles before the 1930's.

If this happens, then Chivas can claim 13 amateur titles also. That means ATLAS can claim 5 titles, and they will not only have 1 title but 6. That means Atlante can claim 5 titles from the amateur era....etc etc

What do you guys think of this "bright" new idea of Bauer? Should the Federation "recognize" these titles so America can now have "24 titles" and not 10??

Talavera had one of the best performances I have seen in him today. In a big game under pressure, and was going against "his teacher" Oswaldo Sanchez. He has stepped up and has proven to be a Primera Division portero.

I aint coming in here and say he should be called to el Tri, or he is the best in Mexico. But what I do think is that Hernan Cristante should either just retire or change teams. Toluca should really think about this decision coming up. When Cristante is available to play again, are they gonna send Talavera to the bench? Cristante was a great portero, but he is also 40 yrs old and isnt the same. And not to be racist or biased, but he is a foreigner, if he does come back and sends Talavera to the bench because of a coach decision, thats one less young portero Mexicano under the posts because of an older extranjero....I just think that a portero like Talavera shouldn't be on the bench. He has grown a lot as a player...

what do you guys think, should Toluca just sell Cristante? Or if Cristante comes back, should Talavera just look for another team?

In a recent interview with Sven Eriksson, he said "I don't think I learned very much from Mexico, it's a lot of politics...What I learned is don't take a job where politics are that important"

Practically saying that the ones that make the decision on FMF are the owners of the teams, which they all have different views, and its too difficult to work in those types of conditions. I think Sven, knew all this going in, but he took the job, because of the amount of money they offered him.

What do you guys think of what he says? Is it right? Should he even be talking about Mexico after all the money he earned? Whats your opinion?

BQ: Talking about politcs, how do you guys feel that out of the 18 teams in the FMF, 5 are owned by two companies. Televisa owns America, San Luis, and now Necaxa is back. And TV Azteca owns Morelia, and now Jaguares. FIFA dosent allow one owner own more than one team in one league. Why dosent FIFA do anything about this? In major decisions for the FMF, these two (azteca & Televisa) will have together, 5 votes in making a decision. What do you guys think about this?

To the Chivas fans and others (I guess) how do you think we are going to manage for the rest of the season and the beginning of the Libertadores. First of all, the top goal scorer of the league and the team, Javier Hernandez is gone. Bofo who was starting to settle more into the team, is also gone. Medina who has had some great games with Chivas, tambien is out. Magallon one of our most solid defenders is out, and el Capitan, Luis Michel is also out....

I think Omar Bravo is now going to be the central Delantero in position of Hernandez. Omar Arellano will take up Alberto Medina's spot, and the other foward will be Marco Fabian. For Bofo they will bring in el Tepa Solis. At defense either Ocampo can take that spot, or if De Luna is ready to come back he can fill in Magallons spot. As for Portero, Victor Hugo Hernandez is gonna take that spot with out a doubt. Players like Davila, Enriquez, and Coronado are going to get more opportunities after the seleccionados leave.

How do you guys see it? do you think its going to be a hard impact on the team? Are the bench players going to be able to fill in those spots?

before this section gets flooded with hate questions about Ochoa...we have to support el Tri no matter what. But we also have to critique equally. When Oswaldo was under the post, any lil small mistake would be judged and everyone wanted him out. Memo Ochoa makes a horrible mistake and people coming in saying "we all make mistakes"....really? Memo is going to be the portero for the national team no matter what, and im ok with that. He is a good portero....but please you biased fans, be realistic. Its becoming a AMerica vs Chivas fans in el Tri, when we all have to support it no matter what....but if we gonna critique lets be equal. Dont you guys think?

Well its official. The Old escudo goes back. You guys remember when everyone was getting all butt hurt about it and how they were making protest and all that crap, but then Chivas started winning and then they forgot about it? haha...newho, el escudo para mi me da igual, it was a similar design and it didnt make a drastic change.
