However, I started spotting brown blood a few days after my pap smear and it lasted about a week. Of course I freaked out because I thought I was pregnant. My period is now almost 2 weeks late and I was supposed to start Birth Control pills again the Sunday after I got my period, but it still hasn't come. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative thankfully, but what could be causing my period to be so late? The only explanation I have is that I just started working out this month for the first time in a long time and I had a lot of things going on this month to make me stressed out. But now I'm stressing out about it since I've been anxious to start my medication. I can't until I get my period. Any ideas as to what could be going on? Is it normal?

She's less than a year old, and her nails need to be trimmed but she's very hyper. I don't know if that could have anything to do with it.
