Which artists post their entire discography to be readily downloaded by fans?
I've heard rumors that bands do it, but I haven't seen very many examples of those that actually do.
4 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoAny idea what these symptoms might mean?
I woke up with a slight headache, and very swollen, puffy eyes. Underneath my eye, the bone there, is especially painful. When I blink, it hurts the most. The area underneath my eyes is red/purple tinted. Apart from this, I've been a little sluggish, but that's it.
It's not due to lack of sleep, because I've been sleeping more than normal. I haven't been exposed to anything new, so it's most likely not allergies. They were not exposed to any damaging physical contact. And I don't have any other symptoms.
Any thoughts?

2 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoCar not showing any sign of starting?
It's a newer car, only four years old. The other day, I was trying to start it, but the key wouldn't even turn. So we figured it was a problem with the battery. We took the battery in to be charged overnight, and the next day it worked just fine, except the stereo, which wouldn't turn on. Today, the lock-unlock button on my key wouldn't unlock the car. Manually going in, I tried to start it. The key would turn, but it wouldn't make any noise at all. I imagine it has something to do with the battery, but I can't be certain, because I'm not the best with car knowledge. Any thoughts as to what may have happened?
1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs9 years agoThoughts about Brewers signing Norichika Aoki?
They've agreed to a two year deal with him. The number isn't specified. I find it strange, because it's literally the same day they agreed to a one year deal with Nyjer Morgan. I think they're anticipating Braun will be suspended. As much as I believe he didn't take PED's, and it was a medication for his STD, he should have reported it to the team doctors. And for not following such guidelines, they'll probably suspend him.
ANYWAY. He was a phenomenal player in Japan. Obviously that doesn't always transfer to the MLB, but what kind of potential do you feel he has?
His last season showed a bit of a slump, which isn't promising. However, that doesn't always mean the player is going downhill. I don't think he'll be Ichiro status, but I could see him being a Hideki Matsui type of player.
Thoughts?
BQ: Do you think it would be beneficial to trade Nyjer Morgan for a middle reliever, despite how well he gets the crowd going? (if you've ever been to Miller Park, you know what I'm talking about)
BQ2: Despite all the media attention they've been getting, do you honestly feel the Cubs have a chance at making it to the playoffs in the next three years?
6 AnswersBaseball9 years agoI need some powerful metal?
Some stuff with an aura of power. Stuff along the lines of Immolation's latest album, The Monolith Deathcult, Meshuggah, Gojira, Septic Flesh, some Emperor, Sear Bliss, some Dimmu Borgir, Fleshmould, Hypocrisy, Decapitated, Psychotic Waltz, etc. Some good technical death, some powerful black, anything with atmospheric elements, be creative. I'm not too picky on genre, as long as it has a doomsday kind of feel to it. Links are appreciated. =)
7 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoWhat do you think of this mix CD?

2 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoWhat are some nice smooth grooves?
You know, the ones where you can just kick back and relax to? Somewhat uplifting, but not too much? I'm not too picky in terms of genre, but I'd prefer something I haven't heard before. So the less well known the better. Couple examples:
Champagne Supernova - Oasis

Mediterranean Sundance - Al Di Meola

Follow Your Bliss - The B-52s

Caribbean Breeze - Rippingtons

2 AnswersRock and Pop10 years agoHelp me find some new music?
My collection may be large, but it isn't large enough. I always love hearing suggestions from people on here, and discovering new material. So this time, I'm looking for artists from the following genres:
Progressive rock
Art rock
Funk
Post punk
Experimental indie
Black metal
Jam bands
Proto-techno
Stoner rock
Blues rock
Psychedelic rock
The more unknown the better, because there's less of a chance I already know the artist. And posting links from some of their songs is always nice, too. Thanks in advance. =)
