The other day at my family's restaurant, a father brought his 2 year old son to our restaurant for lunch. They ordered a hot tea. Under the father's supervision, the child kept playing around with the teapot and the father tried to stop him but he managed to spill it all over him. I think the child had 3rd degree burns. We have video of the child playing with the tea pot and the father trying to stop him. Well a few days later, my family's restaurant received a notice that we were getting sued. Who is held responsible in this situation? Father did a poor job at supervising his child.

I've order my package over a month ago and I have been tracking it. It stop updating after it says it was in orlando and ready to transport to USPS since march 3rd. I live in south florida, so it shouldn't even taken this long for me to receive it. Tried contacting the mailing company and I don't receive any response and I tried contacting my local post offices, just in case it went unclaimed, and they couldn't really help me out because there is so many unclaimed packages coming in. I really need my textbook for class and wondering what I could do.

It's just so boring. No plot twists, it's just them getting to know each other.... -___-
