I'm Matthew, 17 years of age, and I'm not satisfied with the way I'm living my life.
Currently I stand 5'7 at 200 pounds. I'm very unhealthy as I spend most of my days in front of the computer screen. I have come to the conclusion that I'm fat. However, I'm deciding now that I'm done moving in the direction that I'm headed and I'm going to change my life for the better. My day to day living situation is about to become a lot more strenuous and being unhealthy is the last thing I need holding me back.
With that being said, how do I go about my journey to a better lifestyle? I'm clueless about the training I will need, preparations, materials, etc. Obviously the most fat I can lose in the less amount of time the better. I'm ready for the experiences that lie before me. Please help guide me through the correct path by providing me with knowledge and information. Thank you very much in advance.
