Hi I am stuck as to what I will do. I have a good idea it will be in science but I have a passion for sports and might do something business/sports related. So I am wondering if I should just go undeclared or if i should pick a science major and then possibly switch it later. Any advice for me please?

Also like I said earlier I have a passion for sports (not just playing)...are there any careers in that field associated with business or even science? If so are there any specific majors? If someone could answer this I would truly appreciate it :)

so i have written both personal statements for UC application...one i did in may for a school assignment and the other like 2 days ago. both sound and flow different but are good in my opinion and my family and friends opinion too. one of them is about a tennis match and i go way in depth in how i feel and etc. the other i talk about my family school and volunteering and how it shaped my future. my tennis match statement sounds wayy more dramatic and with powerful words and my other one is good but can also be looked at as a "typical essay"" my family and friends also liked this one too.

my question is should i change the one about my family so that it sounds more like the tennis match? i dont want to but i dont want colleges to think i got professional help when i didnt. i had a lot more time to work on my tennis match also.

So i am working on the one about "my world and how its shaped my dreams" I feel like my essay does not have its own unique voice and that it just would resemble like the other 14235 other applicants essays too. Can someone look at my essay to see if i am "standing out" and just give any advice in general about what to focus on. for example, like discuss personality traits or grades etc.

i took the test today and i dont think it was a good idea to talk about the war in Iraq because some think of it as a good decision but others dont. how much do you think will hurt my score if i talked about it even if i answered the question clearly? (i couldnt think of anything else at the time)

im a senior at high school and im freaking out about college applications. im not a bright student but i try my best. i have a 3.6 unweighted and about a 4 weighted. ive taken about 5 APs and im taking 4 this year. I hope to get my score up to 1800 for sat. I am applying to UC schools. and in case you are thinking why dont i talk to my counselor...shes new and she doesnt even help me make decisions. i asked her if i should do physics or bio and she wouldnt even tell me the positives and negatives of taking them. So i guess what im asking is if there is anyone there willing to help guide me becuase I am lost. I dont know if i should bother applying to UC schools. I do volunteer a lot...over 500 hrs. so if there is anyone there willing to help me out id truly appreciate it.

i want to know why they still do if hes risking his life to become the first black president. it clearly seems to me he is patriotic because if he wasnt why would he go through all the trouble to become president. i know there are some smart republicans out there...hopefully. dont make me stereotype republicans as idiotic and crazy.

should i give some ucs a shot? or any others? im new to this of course...any advice would be great.

i texted my friend like 6 times and hes told me it hasnt worked. ive tried it with my other friends and they have said they havent received it either. it only works when i text my brother.
