Its for an art project for film study I'm doing.

I think it released some time in the 1990s or early 2000s. It's about two guys who used to 'fool around' with each other when they were teenagers or something, but later on in life they grow apart. One of them returns back home because their mother died and invites the other for the funeral and makes advances, but the other has a fiance now and is not too happy with him. Sound familiar?

Ok, this was an animated show. There were these guys who used to ride around on dragons and do all that kind of hero stuff. I know that it also produced a toy line. The way it worked was the guy would sit on the dragon and have wings attached to him (kind of like helicopter blades only there were two). To make him fly, you'd have to pull the dragon's tail. I also know that there was a TV series produced for girls with fairies and their toys worked in the same way. Any ideas? This thing is driving me CRAZY!!!
