Im a 21 year old guy and I just lost my virginity to my ex gf, it felt great and we had sex twice that night, but I didn't feel any connection to her at all, it probably doesn't help that we never had sex when we dated and she cheated on me(go figure right?) But I have really strong feelings for my best friend, she and I have been through a lot together, I feel like when I'm in the same room with my best friend I feel so much more and care so much more about her than my ex. And I can't tell my best friend how I feel because she's in love with another guy who broke up with her 2 months ago, and only acts flirty towards me (holds my hand, lots of hugs, kisses on the cheek) when she is drunk. I've tried telling her how I feel sometimes but she calls me her brother. (We are not related, just friends for years) Should I just give up?
