I've been thinking for a years ,the only way for me to stop thinking is to meditate, (mindful meditation) and i know it but i cannot stop being lazy to meditate, all i wanted was to have fun such as playing soccer , exercise because i am kinda like a really big guy which is i didn't really like it.

my mom's having this coughing disease for like a month, she cough without stopping for like 5-10 secs till her eyes get watered please help. Thank You

i dont think that using internet is safe because some random things just pop up unexpectable , also the ads, i dont feel safe and im already 17 almost turn 18.

I believe that sexual , watching pornography, and masturbates brings lot of angers and violence? what do you people think?

i quit these thing for a months and i feel so good ,im happy.

and im saying this because i might help someone with their life, their relationship.

I've been playing computer games for a years it gives me chill and i had fun playing it,but i quit for a month because i knew it wasn't good for my future because it makes my eyes worse,my parents didn't like it and i tried out soccer but i suck at it,and embarrassed myself infront of those soccer players.I accidentally scored my own goal and everyone was like laughing at me ^, should i go back to play my computer games or continue playing soccer.
