  • Which of these 2 SP should be the best going forward?

    Derek Holland

    Ervin Santana

    Kyle Kendrick

    Paul Maholm

Currently Maholm and Santana are on my team. I think Maholm should be dropped, but for whom?

Holland has the K rate going, and probably will get more wins on the first place team. Kendrick has a better ERA and is pitching well. Santana has a good track record, and on a team that is winning more games than they usually do.

  • Should I trade Jason Motte for Brandon League?

So I am in a league that counts holds and saves. I have 2 injured closers, Jose Valverde (who is in spring training), and 2 healthy closers. I also have 3 setup men. Should I trade the injured Jason Motte now for Brandon League?

    Thanks,

  • Would you start Ian Kennedy on Fantasy Baseball tonight?

Vs Red at home. I have a small ERA and WHIP lead on my 10 team custom league. Could def use K and W help. If he gets a CG that would be SUPER bonus (not likely).

He is in my second tier of starters. Haren, Weaver and injured Jimenez are my big guys. The others I work matchups, Others include RA Dickey (who I will start also), CJ Wilson, Brett Meyers and Jake Peavy (when he is back off the DL).

My relievers are so so, Bell is my best guy and 3 other bottom tier guys. I will not get much WHIP or ERA help from them.

So basically, is Ian Kennedy more likely to get a quality start and win or get shelled?

  • Fantasy Football- Start TO or DeSean Jackson?

My fantasy league gives 10 points a TD, 1 for 10 yards and 25 bonus points for 100 yards, Therefore, 99 yards and 2 TDs is less points than 100 yards with no TD.

DeSean has been more consistent the last 2 years. Kolb took over as QB last week for Philly and DeSean's numbers suffered. Philly also plays SF this week, has a pretty decent defense.

TO has been marginal fantasy wise last 2 years, except he had a breakout game last week. I think with a good QB looking for him, he can be dangerous. He is just starting to get chemistry with Carson Palmer. They play Tampa Bay this week, a bad team. I do not know how good that defense is.

I lean to TO, but yards matter more than TDs. DeSean also has that ability to take a 15 yard catch and run for a 60 yard TD in free space. Lastly I have 3 slots. I could play both, but I would have to bench Wayne or Moss.

    Thanks for your consideration!
