well I'm pretty introverted, (i think). I don't have confidence to talk when theres alot of people.

The main problem is, I dont know how to get myself together for this.

He's now going out with a friend of mine.

I think he invited me because he didn't want his girlfriend to feel alone, as there are more guys.

But I'm not close with his girlfriend, and she's going to be with him. I have my guy friend, but he's got his other friends to hang out with so..

How can I forget about my feelings and not be a party pooper?!

Im 14 and am currently at the moment, learning intermediate foundation (Rad) ballet

However i just started in about October last year, and i can NOT keep up at all, jesus crhist, we had Marie walton mahon or something, guest teaching for us yesterday and i felt she was going through everything so fast.

I really want to improve, we have like primary school kids, in the same class, and they are so good and i feel so terrible.

I have good turnout and feet, teachers only complimentme on that

I cannot pirouette at all. We did things like third turns? I did not know half the stuff she asked us to do...

Could you please list some exercises that will help me with flexibilty, balance and turns?

btw do you think having small feet affects your balance? because im 156cm and i have 24 cm feet.

Well, last night i stepped on the laptop charger the plug pin part where you insert it into the laptop. And because it's especially small, it sort of made a dent in my foot, in the heel/pad area. I thought it would go away because at the time it was just red with a dent shaped like a hole in the skin.

As you could see through the skin of your foot, i realised the next morning it had become quite bruisy looking, but the external of it was fine.

I limped the whole day and i had to put my body weight on my toes only to be able to move. It hurts alot to put pressure on it. The area has turned purple and black even though it is small.

So what im trying to ask is

What can i do to make it heal faster?

Because i do ballet on mondays and i walk quite a fair bit to get there. And on saturday i need to help my friend do things.

Do you think i should go to school? I feel really tiring having to only walk on my toes on one foot having to limp around

well i bought a new pair of earphones and i still had to manoeuvr it around until audio came through the earphones, it went away for a while then it came back,

i cant tell if its the earphones or the ipod because im thinking about buying headphones, and if they still dont work ...

my guy friend got threatened by these wanna be gangsters at school for a fight tomorrow, his friends warned me about not being too confronting. so i went up to hug him, then he said "dont" so i avoided eyecontact with him through out the whole class.

That was our last period, me and him take the same bus and we go to the same busstop. I found him there so i eyed him and he gave me a distantish nod, i stood and waited for him to walk up to me. He sat down plugged his ears with his earplugs and took a book out of his bag. I was seriously, annoyed so i walked off to the trainstation.

Yeah, so what am i supposed to do now? We're like sorta close. I felt really stressed and sad a while ago till i watched some bob ross on youtube. i'm feeling stressed again. i think i'll go eat food.

okay, i have this friend. He's really, really confusing and annoying.

I've found out that he likes me ever since last year, but he's always been on and off. I got transferred to his class and he didnt even try talk to me at all. He just talked to this other girl and acted like i didnt exist. Now i think he doesnt anymore. But then he out of nowhere he comes for a hug, talks to me like he didnt do anything and that he never ignored me.

Yesterday we were fine, but he's always depressed when we go to the busstop. I try everything i can do to ask him and why and whats wrong. But he just sits there and doesnt talk but at school he's never depressed.

Anyways, today i called him about 3 times and he didnt pick up so i looked for him around every where we wait for the bus after school. So i finally found him and saw him i walked up near him then turned around since i was just really annoyed of dealing with him. Then we had this tiny fight that turned into a sorta big thing.

He started mimicking me and said i was always sarcastic and everything, so said and that i was him and was always depressed. Then he got angry and went silent and said that his family has a thing on depression.

He's always been saying things like that. And I was annoyed to be treated like this after always looking for him everywhere and always doing so. So i just stared at him and kept staring, then he turned away and walked off. So i walked off. I then see him at the busstop, so i text him and say hi and keep doing that and try to be nice since he doesnt talk when he's depressed.

So today i just gave up, i dont know if im right or not, but i feel like he thinks just because his family has a history of depression, he's allowed to be depressed. I know im wrong but I mean i tell him again and again please dont be like this to me, it makes me worry and feel sad. But he just says that it is my fault for being worried about him and that i dont have to worry. Im just really sick of dealing with his attitude, he doesnt even try not be depressed when he is.

I always feel really left out because they tend to talk with their own language, and i just stand their while they talk to their other vietnamese friend. And sometimes in class i try to talk to them and they are so in a conversation they cant hear me.

And i've realised that when they are only around other vietnamese people they are open and they laugh and everything. And its not just them.

Or is it just me? I dont want to be racist or offend anyone.
