Are the terms subject to change and has any bank already started changing the terms of loans that they have bought from other banks. Is there any protection for borrowers to prevent the interest rate from being increased dramatically or the length of the loan from being shortened. Can a student loan be reclassified as a private loan and given similar terms?

Do you think it is a coincidence that Senator Jim Webb proposed his expansion to the GI Bill this week? At a time when Obama is locking up his nomination, his most likely candidate for VP is in the news and gaining a national spotlight for a bill hat will highlight his foreign policy and military affairs resume. Is there anyone other than Senator Webb that Obama might pick?

Bill Clinton said that he expected Blacks to vote for Obama, and women to vote for Senator Clinton. With almost 50% of the S. Carolina primary electorate being African-American he felt that the state would go Obama. Aren't half of the African-Americans women? Do they not count as women? Doesn't anyone credit Blacks or women for having free will?
