Black people have gone through alot and are still going through alot just because their skin color is diffrerent so don't be mad because vote for Obama, maybe some black people want a man in the White House that looks more like them. Maybe they should split their vote , one half as a woman , and one half as a black person .

I think what he was trying to say that he expects ALL blacks, men and women, to vote for Obama, and women of other races to vote for Obama as well. It just didn't come out to clear, probably because he is peering through the purple haze of one of his last Monica-dipped cigars.
