So basically I'm a 17 years old and I was masturbating when taking shower and because at home I have no right to take more than a 10 minutes showers I somekind force my self to finish. The thing is the first time I had sex with my girlfriend it lasted 30 minutes !!! But the more sex, the faster I started ejaculating, like I was forcing my self without controling it ! Can you give me an advice how to last longer like the first time ? Some kind of exercice or something ?

So i just got back from a vacation in my own country and I started living in a foreign country. The problem is I'm really homesick and by really I mean I'm thinking just about that. Non stop even before the vacation it was driving me crazy. I don't know if I would be able to stay more I just don't feel good. So i was really motivated to do good in school aswell in my soccer club. So i spend the whole summer training,the others were on vacantion i was at the stadium and after that i would go to the gym. However the school started everything seemed great i had good grades, i was training much but then suddenly i wasnt motivated enough, i would prefer to go drinking with my friends and having fun then being on training,i started to have a bad grades in school but i really seems to not give a ****... i woulf start thinking about how much i will dissapoint myself,my mother or my father if i don't successed but thats just a momentum and after that everything start over.. I'm far from my home in a foreign country don't get me wrong i have friends here,but i really miss home and i don't feel happy at all when i drink for a moment i forget all this things and just enjoy but after that it's the same.. I don't know i can't tell my parents because i have everything i need,except my home... Please give me advice I need help! I don't want to end up living misserable ...
