Would concealer work for this?
I have dark skin and have gotten white spots on my cheeks because of the sun. They're sometimes dry, sometimes smooth but either way, they stand out. Can concealer be used for spots like this or is it just for acne and what not? Any other suggestions on what makeup I could use would be great.
