I am a marketing communications specialist and my department has been been without a manager for about 2 years. I have the pleasure of meeting a marketing manager candidate and speaking with this person that our Senior VP is bringing in next week. He said I could ask whatever I wanted and I will get to speak to this person by myself. I have never interviewed anyone, and I need some ideas on what kind of things I should be looking for in a manager. What are some creative questions and why should I ask those questions? Help.....

Did you have trouble conceiving your 2nd child? If so, do you know what the problem was? I had no trouble conceiving with my son, took 5 months trying. Been trying for over a year to conceive again, no luck. I have a short luteal phase this go around and am on my third cycle of clomid. Just curious what other women's experiences were with having a c-section with their first child. Thanks!

I'm on my 2nd round of Clomid, 100 mg this time and I feel like junk. I feel slightly naseous and like I'm in a fog most of the time. I have been eating junk and just feel almost depressed. I will tell my doctor this on day 21 when I have my progesterone checked, but I wanted to see how others felt while taking this drug. I feel like I'm not handling it very well. Advice and suggestions welcome.

I've never taken this before. A little nervous of the side effects. Advice?

I have a son who is 21 months. I am getting the baby itch. I figured if I try to get pregnant now, he will be between 2.5-3 years old when the baby is born. I think that is a good amount of years between the two. There are just so many pros and cons on whether to have one now or wait.

My son goes to a daycare center. I want to get the "teachers" something, but there are quite a few that watch him. He has a morning teacher and afternoon sitters, so it's like almost all of them at some point in the day take care of him. So, do I get all 8 of them something little, or get something bigger for the main ones that take care of him? I don't want to leave anyone out as they all know him and take good care of him. Help!? Ideas on what to get them?

I have a wedding this weekend and I just bought this dress. I'm terrible at accessorizing. Help!!

My husband and I are looking for a house in town. We have been in contact with a realtor who has shown us several homes. We have no contract with him.

On Sunday, we were driving by a couple houses we've had our eye on and there was an open house. The Realtor doing the open house was also the builder. So, we started talking to him.

Is it wrong of us if we go directly to the Realtor/builder and cut our realtor out? It's not that we think we can get a cheaper price by doing so, but we want to do the dealings with this guy since it's a brand new home that was just built and he is going to give us allowances on certain things. We just feel more comfortable being in control and having direct communication. Is this wrong?

I was going to send a thank you note to our realtor and send him a couple hundred dollars for his time and gas money.

What do you think?

Just curious as to what other 8 month olds out there are doing. I am most interested in those that take their child to daycare. Here is my son's schedule:

6:30 AM - Wake up, 6 oz. bottle

7:30 AM- Drop off at daycare (during work week)

8:30 AM - 3 tblsp. cereal, 2-4 oz. milk

9:00 AM- 45 min. nap

Noon - 1 jar 2nd stage fruit and 1 jar 2nd stage veggie, 2-4 oz. milk

1:00-2:30 PM - Nap

3:30 PM - 6 oz. milk

5:30 PM - 1 jar 2nd stage fruit and 1 jar 2nd stage veggie

7:00 PM - 6-8 oz. milk

7:30 PM - bedtime
