Parent was trying to change email password. In doing so, made some mistake, now neither the new password, nor the old password, are working. So can't access the email. So far hasn't been able to use any of the recover password options to attain it either (the security question). Can't find any phone or live chat support listed on the Windows Live site at all. So curious if anyone perhaps knows what one might be or what might be the best strategy to recommend at this point (besides switching to a different email client, a recommendation I've never managed to get to happen).
