I want to send a laptop to India either by DHL or TNT from Germany. How much is the price of post?

My girl friend ,US naturalised citizen,is filing up K1 Visa . I have been living in Germany but Iam allien in Germany.I have legal residency Status in Germany . We were expelled from my country of origin in 1991 when I was small boy.

K1 visa requirements like birth certificate, Police clearance and unmarried certificate are impossible Le for to get.I stayed in Exiled as a Refugee under UNICEF Support before I left to Germany. Iam not allowed to enter my last country of residency before I landed here to seek political asylum.

I would like to request you all to suggest me how can I move ahead . whether I have the possibility to contact embassy in Berlin to inform my matter . Because the cost of K1 processing is lots and if Iam qualified to enter I may have lots many Credit on my heads.

My friend, who is a naturalised citizen of the Netherlands has got the DV lottery but unfortunately his number is above 19 thousands. Untill now only 4500 people are interviewed .

What should he does to get his chance to get this DV visa?

Iam stuck in Germany since long time. I have a legal residency permit in Germany. My girl friend who is a US citizen (naturalisation )waited long time to marry. Unfortunately My visa B1/B2 application was rejected. We want to marry within USA and I will come back to Germany untill I-130 application is approved.

Do you know how can I approch the embassy to get any short of visa to enter USA only for legal marry in court?
