  • Should I report my neighbor?

    I have a concern. I live in an apartment complex and my upstairs neighbors smoke marijuana at least twice a day. It is so bad that it stinks up my apartment and causes headache, sinus problems, and nausea. However, our complex is designed in such a way that if I were to report them anonymously, they would still know it was me. This is a problem considering they are loud, angry people. I am afraid of what the consequences may be if I report them.
