My grandfather has been dead for over 6 years, and barely NOW, we have the credit collection agency calling to collect a 3,300 dollar debt! It wasnt on my grandfathers credit report when he died, he had a almost perfect credit,and they are becoming severe on collecting this debt. We havent said he is dead, we just dont answer and they are flooding our family with collection letters, but they dont state what debt they are collecting for. Every debt collector I have recieved states whos the company we owe the debt from!

My grandmother is still alive, but this debt is not on her credit report, so what could it be?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 yrs, and we are going through drama right now, but about a month ago, i ran into this guy that has liked me since forever, and I never gave him the time of day and then one thing led to another and I ended up cheating with him....

So I felt very bad about it...my guilty conscience made me SICK i was vomiting.....so I finally tell my bf, and his response is "I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED" and thats it...i make a quarrel between us because it seemed as though he didnt care!!! but his response was, " I LOVE YOU, I WANT TO MARRY YOU AND I UNDERSTAND WE ARE NOT ALL PERFECT, SO I CANT HOLD THIS AGAINST YOU BECAUSE YOUR BEING HUMAN"

if i found out he cheated i would go insanely psycho.....maybe i just wanted him to be more mad....

but he is an angel, and takes great care of me....i was being stupid and selfish...and his reaction makes me feel even more bad!

My friend Jen and I have been very close friends for the past two years. She had a baby, and got married in highschool, and since then we started going to college together. She has a rocky marriage, and I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THEIR FOR HER!

Well we are taking this online class and we split up these two major projects that were due on Saturday at midnight for our FINAL GRADE. I ask her all week is it done? and she's like YES GIRL it was finished on monday, and then i call her saturday and theirs no answer, no communication from her for like 4 days, and thats odd because we talk EVERYDAY.

So i email my teacher to see if the project was turned in and no QUICK RESPONSE.

So I find out after the deadline it wasnt turned in! So i see her in class LATER in the week, and she acts like she's the victim. and her excuse is she has a FAMILY that she doesnt have time to take on a extra work load! I understand that, but i dont understand why she could say I didnt have time, I lied

I got a raise thats VERY SIGNIFICANT. so i have a debt of 5000.00...

4000.00 chase credit card out of 5000.00 limit...

1000.00 capital one and hsbc credit card maxed out...

so what i am asking is, IS IT OKY FOR ME TO PAY THE 4000.00 and transfer the 1000.00 debt to the cards so that will be the 10% debt that i should keep current. and I have OPENED a SECURE CREDIT ( where the bank freezes that amount and i pay my own money back) card through my bank of 800.00 balance. and Have been paying my other 3 bills on time.

I hate the attention. Last night I got a tattoo which was quoted to me at 200.00 the week before when i wore a t-shirt. Well when I went back in corset since it was a pretty large tattoo on my central back the guy gave it to me for FREE. I like that I got it for free, but I didnt like that if was because of my cleavage. and he didnt accept my tip if i'd give him my phone number!!!! OF COURSE I DIDNT GIVE IT TO HIM!!!! I live here in Texas, and their are some really nice apartments in my area and I live in a development. BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS , i seem to make too much money..They go buy that income qualifications, and I currently in a very convienent location that accessible to my job. In order for me to live in a decent apartment i would have to go through major traffic and add alot of delays to get to work. WHAT ARE THE POINT FOR INCOME QUALIFICATION HOUSING?

I think for one person to occupy an apartment you cant make more that 25,000, and on some applications I stated my college student gf would live with me and and the limit was 28,500..and I still made to much!!! this is a crapper!
