  • Can a government granted monopoly charge a "Customer Service Charge"?

I only have one choice for a water-utility company and, recently, they started charging an outrageous $13 "Customer Service Charge".

This is 25% of my water bill!! I called the company and they said it was to help "Recoup their costs".

Is this legal and if not, what steps would you recommend taking?

  • What colored liquid can you spray people with that is washable and not dangerous?

I am wanting to have a party where everyone wears white and brings a water gun, we will load the water guns with different colors and everyone can spray each other! It needs to be washable and not dangerous.

I was thinking a flour/water/food color mix, but I am finding out that food coloring will stain skin and clothes!

  • Who should pay, dad? Both? Or son?

My fiancés parents are divorced and have a nine yr old son. Recentley, the dad bought a golf cart for the son to drive around his neighboorhood and the campground when they camp. The son drove the cart into someones camper awning and damaged it. The son did the right thing by telling his dad who he was on the trip with. The damages were $1000. The dad called the mom and told her that the damages were $1000 and he expects her to pay either half or take the money out of the sons savings which is everything he has saved from allowances and chores. I could see this either way and am not sure what's right.... What do u think?

  • What is this song feat. e40?

The song is at least 5 years old. I think it is older than that. It started out saying "Can you hear me now? Good. Can you hear me now? Good" I am pretty sure that e40 started the song out.

I dont recall many other details from the song and I dont remember if other artists were in the song. A few friends said that they thought b-legit was in the song as well. I THINK that in the song there is a part of the rap that refers to looking up a school girls skirt or something like that.

Sorry the details arent very well, I heard this song back in 2003 or 2004 on a cd a friend made and havent heard it since.
