Ok so I disenchanted bonded iron armor with fortify health (+40 points of health) then I used the enchantment on blades armor . Problem is the strength of emchanemt was not the same (only + 9 points of health) . Why isn't it the same on the blades armor ? Does it have to do with my level in enchanting ? (21)

I used to play soccer and now i wana play again. well Im really fast, i can dribble fairly good i can make good passes although not all will be perfect. I need to work on my shots, i usually tend to shoot right at goalkeeper. My technical skill is good, i cant do all the freakin tricks that pro's can do but a 1 on 1 situation i could probably fake the defender.
