I have a strange soft lump under the skin of my penis. As well as a hardened "vein" that starts at the base of my penis and runs up almost 2 inches. At the base of that vein, where my penis attaches to my scrotum, there's another, smaller hard lump. When my penis becomes erect, the lumps become more visible and are slightly painful to the touch. It's hard to have sex or mastrubate with these due to the pain. The vein is slightly movable but the larger lump isn't. The large lump is right under the head of my penis, on the shaft. I'm really confused and would like to know what it is. Help please?

I have a Toshiba laptop running on a 32-bit OS. It's been acting weird lately, but has worked up until this morning. When I turned it on, it said "Configuring Updates: Stage 3 of 3. 0%" And it just restarts shortly after and goes through the same process. Everything I've tried has failed, Safe Mode, Restore, everything. Can anyone help me please?

Well, i was kicked out of school for possession and distribution of marijuana. I went to a school court and my sentence was to be out until December 31, 2011, with the option to attend Ombudsman Alternative school. They just sent me a letter today saying i was expelled until December 31, 2010 and i DIDN'T have the option to attend Ombudsman. It was signed by Johnny Gulledge, hearing officer. If this was a mistake that they made, since he signed it, could it be counted as a binding contract...? Or what could i do?

Me and my friends have started a band. It's a screamo/hardcore techno band. Our influences are Eyes set to Kill, We came as romans, Attack Attack!, and Asking Alexandria. We have a few cover songs, one of Darling, and one of Im on a boat. Most of our songs are serious and have to do with mythology and cryptozoology alot. I need some name ideas for the band. I need to find a game that has FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE character creation, from the hair to the feet. I want one where i can create characters to specific detail, hair style, color, eye color, body height, size, shape, skin color, nose, clothes, etc. Even if its not a game really i just have been in the mood to create characters. It would be better 3D but i guess 2D character creation would work also.
