Which of these 2 schools look better on a Chef's resume? I have the opportunity to choose from both schools and want to know if the training is comparable. Is one school better than the other or do they both over successful programs? Any chefs out there that have worked with graduates from both schools who can tell me which graduates where better prepared/skilled for the kitchen. I'm getting ready for Navy Boot Camp in January. I'd like to know what incline should I set the treadmill at to simulate running outdoors. I will eventually switch to outdoor running but as of right now I am somewhat out of shape so I want to start off on a treadmill. I've been running for 25 minutes at a 1.0 incline at 5.3 speed. I know I have a long way to go but thanks for the answers in advance!

I have a strong passion for cooking and I someday want to be a chef and own my own restaurant but I also have wanted to be a cop for many years now.
