  • Good kid friendly/family movies?

The kids are 10 and 13. We'd like to watch something fast paced and entertaining for their age group. Thanks! We've already seen most of Disney btw.

  • How do I get over my ex?

I'm 20 and he's 23. So basically we were good friends for almost 2 years. Then one thing led to another and we dated for 6 months. We REALLY liked each other, we rarely argued, we always had fun, played and laughed. Everything seemed great and as if things were headed to a positive and healthy relationship. His parents loved me. We wrote things down in a journal for the other to read in case we struggled to bring something up out loud. But when it came closer to 6 months, my ex starting acting distant and not as communicative with me. I assumed he didn't want to commit to a long term relationship. So after finals week we had "the talk," and at the time it was very healthy for the both of us. We laughed and joked about being just friends. We both acted mature about it. And it was possibly one of the easiest break ups I have ever gone through. So we've been broken up now for almost a month. And now we're "just friends." I saw him last night at a graduation party, and when I danced he checked my out and I blushed. He looked sad and kept staring at me with a longing look in his eyes. Towards the end we hugged and when I thought it was time to let go he hugged me tighter. Then out of old habit I grabbed two of his fingers and held on. He didn't do anything about it either. We made small talk. And I could tell in his face he misses me tremendously. But he's the one who broke up with me in the first place. How do I get over him if he's acting like this? =(

  • Why is there an upper mass limit for main-sequence stars of about 100 solar masses?

    a. Giant molecular clouds do not contain enough material.

    b. The rotation rate is so high that such an object splits into a pair of stars.

    c. Objects above this mass do form in molecular clouds; however, they emit no light and are not considered stars.

    d. General relativity does not allow such massive objects to exist.

    e. Objects above this mass fuse hydrogen too quickly and cannot stay together.

I believe the answer to this one is E but I'm not sure, can someone clarify please? Thanks.

  • Why is there a lower mass limit of 0.08 solar-masses for main-sequence stars?

    a. This is an unsolved astronomical mystery.

    b. Objects below this mass are not hot enough to fuse normal hydrogen.

    c. Objects below this mass can only form in HI clouds.

    d. They form too slowly and hot stars nearby clear the gas and dust quickly.

    e. Out telescopes do not have enough light-gathering power to detect dim objects

I believe the answer is B but I'm not positive. Can someone clarify? Thanks.

  • I'm feeling paranoid and confused about this girl that is possibly making moves on my boyfriend?

My boyfriend and I have known each other as friends for nearly 2 years and we've been together for almost 6 months. I am 20 and he is 23. Anyways, this girl screwed me over with a guy I really liked in the past, she totally messed up our friendship, had sex with him, dated him behind my back and I found out through a third party. It really sucked. I got depressed, dumped our friendship and was miserable for months. Then he cheated on her. She turned around and saw how horrible she had treated me, she asked for my forgiveness and apologized to me with much regret. Now by that time I had gotten over the whole ordeal and I forgave her easily because one I never expected that from her. Plus I simply hate having grudges, frenemies, love-hate relationships with anyone. I'd rather be friends and have peace around me. So basically we're friends again.

So now back to the present, my boyfriend and her are good friends. They were friends before he and I even got together. We recently had a "slumber party" of sorts. It was all fun and games until Sunday morning, she was wearing incredibly short shorts and I caught my bf staring in her direction. I dismissed it because lets face it, boys will be boys. Lately it just seems like she's a little too friendly around him. I'm just incredibly paranoid that she will repeat her mistake but this time with MY BF. My guard is up. I intend to talk about how uncomfortable I felt about the whole ordeal to my bf. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks!

  • Help!! I'm scared about this doctor's appointent?

I am 20 years old and I am still a virgin. However I've been having soo many problems with my vag since about 2-3 years ago. I cannot enter tampons, fingers are doable but only for a little while at a time, and I've had two yeast infections with many lingering side effects. I've been seeing my gynecologist at my University and she said that I will need surgery to remove an extremely tight hymen. She said it will have to be cut or entirely removed for the pain, burning, itchiness, redness and swelling to stop. Have any of you ladies experienced this kind of thing? It'd be nice to know that someone went through this so I can be reassured. Thanks!! Please no rude or obscene comments. I am going through a very serious problem.
