I would just like to know which ISPs are blocking illegal download sites.

Got Vista here, it had a 320gb hard drive however as shown here in this screen shot http://img91.imageshack.us/img91/908/screenshotofm...
it has C: and D: This for me it just annoying especially since I filled my first "partition" very quickly. Its annoying moving the large programs to the different partition and then correcting the shortcuts and then afterwards making sure all patches/downloads download to the right place. I would rather just have a single 288GB hard drive than two 144gb, (hopefully the C:) Any idea how to do this?
If it helps, when first switched on the comp it had these, i never created them.
