For the last two days the Internet has been unusually slow. Videos take forever to load and buffer a lot, websites take forever to load, and sometimes the page couldn't be found.

Both my mom's and my laptop have been encountering these problems.

My mom's laptop is a 3 year old Sony Vaio and my laptop is a 1 and a half year old Emachines laptop. We both have Windows 7. She uses Morzilla Firefox as her default browser and I use Opera as my default browser.

Our Internet is a AT&T Basic Internet Service and we cannot upgrade to a faster service because there is no faster service plan in our area.

It's usually faster than it is now and we both are stumped on why it is very slow.

I have tried to delete cookies, cache, and history but the Internet is still slow. It has been a bit faster for a few minutes but then it goes back to being slow.

Please help with this problem.

And please do not say to go to a website to see virus scans and stuff like that. Both our computers are already protected with Avast.

I got two messages that says something to check out this vid on youtube. Both messages are spelled incorrectly like this:

No, I didn't open either of these messages. I'm afraid it could contain a virus so i didn't even open it at all. I have heard that when you get a virus, usually the message is typed all wrong.....Am i right that this is a virus. If so, how do i delete it without opening it?

My ears had been pierced a long time ago and i had no problems with them...but just a few days ago i felt i had this 'round' ball in the earlobe...its located next to the pierced hole in my ear....wat is it?? I'm really concerned bout this...I'm only 14 years old...should i go to the doctor?

Okay, I am starting 9th grade in high school. I am really nervous that i will probably get lost and my school is the second biggest school in the state of california. I am also nervous that i won't make any friends in school. I am really shy when it comes to people (besides family).What should I do?
