I just got a tiny puppy. She is going to be very tiny. She just made 1lb and she is 12 weeks. She is brown and tan. So CUTE! Names? I thought of Penny, but it's not fitting her. She is also going to be fluffy.

I have been going through a divorce for 4 years. My ex was very abusive. He would not sign the divorce papers. In our divorce decree he was awarded half of my 401K (approx. 12K). During the four years he kept asking for the money. I told him he wouldn't get it until he signed off on the divorce. In the mean time (four years) I had financial hardships and little by little kept dipping into the money. Well, it is now all gone (even his share) and he is taking me to court for it. Has anyone gone to court for this before? And, of so what was the outcome? On a side note, during our marriage he was fired. When it was time to get his 401K out he lied and said he was not married so I wouldn't have to approve the withdraw.

Before I leave I want to give him a gift to remember me by. What would you recommend? To the guys... he's already getting that gift, so something else! LOL

Does anyone have a solution to your pencil skirt riding up as you walk? As I'm walking it goes higher and higher and higher! My god, it gets on my nerves having to keep pulling it down.

For example on face book where a profile picture usually is, or Yahoo news, there are no pics...there is now a tiny square with a red square, green circle and blue triangle in it. How do I fix this so pictures show back up on my computer?

the light burned out to keep it warm it's fourth of July, nothing is open.. what do you recommend to keep it warm. I cant find my heating pad. When I took it out, it was cold, so I'm keeping it warm in my hand now. So far i just thought of putting my lamp over it, it doesn't get hot though.

I keep getting dizzy spells. I'm not sure what is causing it. I've eaten. I've been sick with a cold, but other than that pretty healthy. I've never had dizzy spells before. Any body ever experience this?

I have this judge who is so unfair to me. My husband just got out of jail, for violating a restraining order I had filed against him. He stayed in jail for a month for this and the criminal judge said if he messed up one more time it would be an automatic two years. I have a restraining order due to years of domestic violence. So I file a restraining order renewal because mine was due to expire. My family law judge heard the case and denied it? How in the world could a judge sit up there and not renew a restraining order renewal after my x just got out of jail for violating it? Then after the hearing and denial, I look at her with a shocked look and she says to me "Mrs Smith stop looking at me like I'm stupid, I know what I'm doing" then turns to my attorney and says "you better talk to your client." I had the domestic violence counselor with me in court and she was shocked! So, I tell my attorney.. this judge has a personal vendetta against me (this isn't the first outrageous thing she's done in my case) I want to request a different judge so I have a fare chance. My attorney said it's hard to do though. Has anyone had this type of circumstances?

So, me and my husband are divorcing because he's an abusive loser. He hasn't worked in almost two years, he is an evil person. So, I have my son 73% and he has him 27%. He went to the child support agency and filed for child support. I wasn't really worried until they told me "because our incomes are so drastically different, he could be eligible for child support." Are you freaking kidding me? Because this guy doesn't want to work and can't support his own child, I have to help him? Does this make sense to anyone? I can't comprehend it. Also, I still have to pay for his medical insurance!!!! ughhhh I'm just so disgusted by him.

He's always been extremely abusive both physically and mentally. Well, I finally got the courage to divorce him after he punch my daughter in her face and stomach (my daughter is 22). Well, after that incident, I got a restraining order. He's always violated it by talking to me, texting me, emailing me, but nothing ever physical. About two weeks ago he got physical and I called the cops. They wrote him a citation and I was shocked. He got a slap on the wrist and the cop was so unsympathetic. He heard what my x had to say (and he is a master at manipulating people into thinking he's a good guy) and I guess the guy believed him. Well, today again, he violated the restraining order. He came pounding on my door, shaking my door knob like to open the door to my house and demanding me to come outside and talk to him. This is just after he said the DA dismissed my claim that he violated the restraining order (I'm not sure if that is true or not at this point). Any way, I called the police today to tell them he violated the RO again and they said they are going to arrest him this time. In the past, I could of put him in jail for physical abuse, but I was too afraid to even call the police. Any way, they said after he drops off our son tonight, they are going to arest him. Please explain to me why I feel bad? He has been having this coming for 19 years! What is wrong with me? I hate drama, I hate confrontation. But, people keep telling me if I don't send him the message that I mean business, he's going to continue to try and intimidate me.

I'm just wondering if my x husband is really sick and doesn't realize how wrong he is with his abusive treatment, or... he'll one day realize that he's been a jerk and will apologize and start to act civil so we can co-parent our son in a healthy manner.
