I was assaulted by Security at a Indian plaza store when I walked out the door thrown against the wall ripping my shirt up. one other person was thrown to the ground that was walking briskly ahead of my. I was breathing hard after being thrown against the wall. After what seemed to be about a minute I caught my breath and said "What the hell is wrong with you?" The security officer stated "You know what you did!" I replied "Yes, shopping!" Come to find out another shopper, female blonde said, Yes that's him that slipped the batteries in his coat. We waited until video tape confirmed the theft of this individual. I was told that " You are free to go." I said no we are not done here. I contacted the police department to have an officer dispatch. I explained that I was assaulted by security thrown against the wall with my shirt ripped and told me I was free to go since they have their suspect. They said an officer is already on the way. About 12 minutes later a unit showed up went directly to security desk as I followed. I informed her I need to file charges against Security for an assault and destroying my property. She blew me off and tended to the suspect and reviewed the tape. I waited for the officer to get done. A few minutes later the officer told me, "They let you go because you didn't commit a crime so why are you bothering with wanting to file charges?" I replied "because I was assaulted and my shirt is ripped up." Nothing happened after that.

Police misconduct / brutality:

When an officer gets paid administrative leave (for a murder/police involved shooting-killing an innocent person that did not commit any crime) its like accepting blood money, although its policy.

What do you miss when coming back from a trip/vacation (a few weeks to a few months), by yourself?

How does one get it out by themselves? I hate the feeling of getting tortillas stuck in my gum. I will never stop eating them. Any supporting suggestion would be helpful.

I've been exercising to loose weight and get back in shape. I'm feeling better since I started exercising a few weeks ago. I notice I've been sweating more often when I sleep, since exercising.

I was at Denny's' in old Sacramento (by the highway) and needed to use the restroom, however as I walked up to the men's' room it had a sign saying restroom closed due to repairs in progress. Since that was the case I went into the women's' restroom as when one restroom is out of order the other becomes a unisex restroom, by law. Before I walked out of the restroom a employee female (an older lady) walks in the restroom and tells me I'm in the wrong restroom. I told her i was not and your men's' room is out of order then she proceeds to let the night supervisor know about the situation and she comes to me and said they could file a complaint to the police department and I told them I could turn them in as well for not being complaint by denying me access to their restroom by law they got to provide since I was a customer. The supervisor got on the phone to Sac PD dispatch and as she was on the cordless phone and I took the phone unit and put it on speaker phone and explained the situation. Dispatch told them there was no crime committed and no need for an officer to come out. The Supervisor didn't like me taking over the conversation but that's okay, I'm going to stand-up for myself and do the right thing. The supervisor decided to go ahead and put a unisex sign up for customers, on the women's restroom. I also put a complaint in as well.

What are your thoughts on this? Being that it's the law when one sex restroom is closed, the other becomes a unisex when it comes to restaurants that have indoor seating requiring restrooms for customers?
