My brother is an 8th grader (in middle school). I noticed that he failed Algebra 1 twice. So now he needs to go to summer school until June is over. But here's the problem: My brother haven't yet registered for summer school because he was a lazybutt to go ask, and school is going to start on Monday (June 9th).

Therefore I was wondering if my brother is going to held back if he's not going to take summer school.

I tried to fix my headphones but nothing work, so I throw them instead. I loved those headphones because it lasted almost two years and today (May 17) they were not functioning. Anyways I was wondering how long does headphones last on average?

How did it became "dead" language? Are there some people who can still talk Latin? I want to learn Latin one day, but I guess it's almost impossible find a person who can speak it fluently.

I'm doing a project right now with my small group and it's due tomorrow (04/02/14). I am almost done with my assignment though, but I just need help finding interesting facts of Chinese holidays. I always have that bad habit of putting my left hand on my chest when we do our pledge of allegiance, and yes I am left-handed just so you know. But here's the story:

One time when I was in 3rd grade (I think) we do always in the mornings: All students stands up to pledge the USA flag. The teacher was staring at me for a moment before we sang the anthem, all the sudden I notice her eyes got widen when she saw me mistaken the wrong hand. I quickly changed my left arm to my right so I wouldn't feel embarrassed. After the music finishes, she comes up to me and told me that it was very offensive what I did.

Is this is true or not? I'm offending the United States flag because I use the left hand? Or it was just a strict teacher?

Isn't United Kingdom and Israel friends with United States? And what other countries are allies with US? Please make a list if possible and I'll probably give you quick 10pts.

Help! Last week my classmates and I were studying about Latin America, and then we have to choose our groups into 6 people. My buddies decided to do Jamaica, so each of them had to pick a category (Ex: flag, food, population etc...) I chose doing the music one because I would love to learn about their songs they like.

I can't remember the book's title because I read it when I was around in 4th grade. But I do know that there was girl with a black cat named Summer, I think the book cover picture has also those birds looks like ravens.
