im 15 and 5'8... i go to a gym everyday or every other day and spend 45 mins or an hour there and watch diet because im trying to lose weight and my legs are in shape and im working on my stomach and arms but my hips are fat ... i dont know how to exercise them ... and suggestions????

i got burned tuesday its friday and it still hurts so bad ... i got burned from putting tanning oil on and laying out for 1 1/2 hours... i put aloe on like 4 times a day or more and i take tons of asprin for the pain ... what else can i do?? and how long is this going to last? my parents are worried because they think the sunburn is lasting too long

i was out tanning for 1 1/2 hours and i put sun tan oil on.... i got really burned and i usually have good skin and dont burn but i did .... ive put aloe vera on and i used some tea on a cloth ... i have to be on asprin all the time or i freak out....but i cant sleep when ever i try i start burning more.... or wake up in the middle of the night ready to cry from the pain ... i dont know what to do .... any ideas???
