  • Help on a Colt M-4 m203 rifle?

One of the officers I work with is wishing to find a forward mounted pistol grip that would attach to his m203. Perferably one that we would not have to much if any modifacations to the tube. Ive checked may sources but have not located anything.

  • Has anyone else heard about the firearm changes on eBay?

July 30, 2007: New Listing Restrictions on Gun Parts

"In mid-August, we will be updating our Firearms, Weapons and Knives Policy to place more restrictions around gun-related items. Once these changes take effect, we will prohibit listings of any firearm part that is required for the firing of a gun. This includes items like bullet tips, brass casings and shells, barrels, slides, cylinders, magazines, firing pins, trigger assemblies.."

  • Reloaders, your favorite heavy bullet 223 load?

Im shooting a 1x9 twist 223 Remington 700 and trying different bullets in the 69 - 77 grain range. Im having good results with nosler 77gr BTHP's and seirra 69 gr both loaded with H335, the 77 gr @ 21.5 grains OAL set to the length of my chamber. Ive tried the hornady 75 A-Max but they would not stablize (I believe, do to there extra long length).

So my question is what combinations are you using and results. I have yet to try Varget with the 77gr but to this point Im getting .5" 5 shot groups @ 100 yards and .925" @ 200 yards also 5 shots measured center to center. The 69 gr are good but not quite as tight as the 77gr so far.

Just looking for more combinations to try out. Dont include any thing that is above max loads please.

  • Gunsmiths and Remington armorers only please.?

I recently purchased a Remington 700 SPS tactical .223 and wish to adjust the trigger pull weight down. I was told the trigger was adjustable. Upon inspection it has a set screw in the very front of the trigger housing. Is this the adjustment screw? Thanks for your help.

  • For the experienced reloaders.?

I am looking to start loading a 357 Herrett, and would like to know what dies I will need to make the brass, please include details on the process of forming.

Also Ive heard you can use 30-30 brass or 375 winchester, Ive heard that the 375 brass loads to higher pressures, is this true, what is the velocity gained?

And last, if you have first hand experience with this cartridge, what are your likes and dislikes.
