Can quitting drinking soda actually help me lose weight?
I quit drinking soda about a month ago to start losing some weight but what are some real expectations I can expect from cutting out soda from my diet? I used to drink about 4-8 soda's a week. But I have not drank one for about a month. What are some drinks I can drink besides water that will not counter act me quitting soda?
I'm looking for answer from people with personal XP or professionals only please and thank you.
