I bought a latex primer for my daughters room because it was once my mothers room and she was a heavy smoker?
and the walls were very dingy and stained can you use regular flat paint over it. I talked with someone and they told me yes but I want to make sure because we are doing this project for our daughter who will turn 13 soon and she is really excited about it and I do not want to do all this work and have the paint peal off
