Best skincare to heal rash?
Hey all, three days ago I used a new acne medication on my face and I had an allergic reaction from it. It’s been days and I haven’t used any other acne product on my face to allow it time to heal. My skin has been extremely dry, flaky and rough, so I’ve been using Aveeno and Cetaphil to try and help it get moisture to heal, but I’m still broken out today. What can I use to really help my skin smoothen back out? Should I stop using the lotions I’ve been using or apply it more often? Thank you.
3 AnswersSkin Conditions4 months agoClear liquid coming from wound but no blood?
Quick question. My cat swiped at me and took a big chunk of skin off my pinky, right near the tip at the front of the nail. It doesn’t hurt, but obvious that a big chunk of my skin is missing. There’s also no blood at all, immediately after it happened I noticed a lot of clear liquid flooding around my wound. It’s pretty pinkish-red, but like I said there’s no blood. Does anybody know what this clear liquid is? Or if I should be concerned about this big chunk of skin growing back? Any answer is appreciated, thanks!
1 AnswerSkin Conditions7 months agoHow to talk to a guy I haven’t talked to in a long time?
Okay, so about three years ago this guy DM’d me and we went to high school together, but we weren’t friends and never spoke in school (in fact, I barely remember seeing him). We met once in person after we started talking, and he was super funny and sweet. However, after about a month we got into an argument and ended up not speaking again. About half a year later he tried to talk to me again but I was still feeling angry, not just with him, but I had been going through some things and I decided to let myself be angry at him because of these things, something I definitely regret. Anyway, since then I have had a boyfriend of a year and a half, although we have now split but I definitely have grown a lot as a person from this experience as it was my first real relationship. However, I really want to connect with this guy again but I just don’t know how. We haven’t spoken in like, two years? We are friends on Snapchat and instagram and Facebook and we see each other’s snap story’s, but that’s about it. Am I stupid and creepy for wanting to approach him again? How can I approach him without looking like a freak? I really would love to reach out to him again, but not if it would be wrong or creepy; if it is then I will leave it alone.
