Me and my family love Florida and in particular Orlando. We have been many, many times over the last 20 years and have now bought our own villa so spend even more time in our own 'home from home'. My hobbies are doting on my lovely little granddaughter, taking care of my 'grown up' family , and spending quality leisure time at the villa. My favourite places are SeaWorld, Universal and Kissimmee Steak House (oh! and Chillis).
Can I use Creme Fraiche for an Alfredo Sauce?
I am making chicken alfredo today but wondered whether creme Fraiche would work as good as cream. Has anyone tried this before?

I cannot remember from our last visit, but one of our guests has asked me if there are hairdryers at Aquatica. Their website does not mention it.
We are at the villa just now, so perhaps it would be a good excuse to visit if I cannot get the answer here.

There is around a millimetre of paint around the glass panels. One side of the glass is textured.
I have the decorator here now trying a number of different ways.
