Well i recently bought a GTX 760 to replace my current 670, but when I install it, it doesn't work?

what happens is:

- The ACER screen shows up

- It gives a short beep

- 30 seconds later beeps again

- 30 seconds later it beeps again

- Then the display turns off

What am I doing wrong? I'm 100% sure I have enough power (750W) and I'm relatively sure that the motherboard can handle it, but I'm not 100% on that.

The only thing that I change between the two is that the old graphics card(670) takes 2x 6 pins, but the 760 takes 1x 6 pins and 1x 8 pin plugs, they both run out of my power supply so I just simply used one instead of the other depending on which graphics card I'm trying to use.

When I place my 670 back in, it works fine.

Is there something wrong with the graphics card, motherboard, or what ? Do I need to update my BIOS to allow it to work ?

Well it's not 100% solid. But the background of it basically is:

There was this guy that use to flirt with her all the time when her and I were together, and I would always say that he was being flirty but she would just be like all "oh nah he's just being friendly". Then we had to break up because she wasn't allowed to be with someone that wasn't from the same country as her.

After we broke up her and the guy got closer, but then she got a bf(who is from the same country and she was going all "oh it's ok cause he's the same nationality). But the other guy and her were still 'close friends' and seemed to be a little flirty with each other. They seem to be a little touchy feely with each other and he apparently kissed her on the cheek a couple of days ago and she said that she wanted to talk to him about something after that.

So I don't know why, but that kinda bothers me because:

1) She has a boyfriend and does this kinda thing with another guy, and it reminded me of how it happened to me as well

2) If she gets together with this guy then that 'same nationality only' stuff would just be BS that she told me

3) This guy always seems to flirt with girls that are in a relationship already, but he seems a little too interested in my ex.

I know that it really isn't any of my business, but the fact of the matter is that the guy is doing all this when she already has a bf and was doing it even when her and I were together. Anyone have any advice?

We see each other from time to time in school(we're both 16) and we have some classes together. Before anyone asks, no I don't hope to gain anything from this.

we had a pretty rough breakup cause she broke up with me after her parents wouldnt let her have a bf, but then 2 months after we broke up, she goes out with this other guy cause apparently its ok since he's from the same country and has the same culture/religion. I got pretty upset about it and was getting mad at her for it all, i didn't say anything bad but she got pissed at me for getting mad ? and i tried to be friends again to forget about it all, but she just keeps ignoring me. except she has said that she wanted to be friends again, after a while, except we did argue between now and then, and she still ignores me

well my girlfriend and i were together for almost a year, then she ended it due to family issues, we were in love though, but she just lost her feelings cause of yeah like i said, family issues. Soooo 2 months later she gets a new bf(the reason we broke up was cause she wasn't allowed one - it's a long story, look at my previous questions if you want to know).
