I ve been doing Freeletics (body weight exercises such as burpees, sit ups etc.) for the last few days. All of my muscles are extremely sore and I literally had to use my head to get out of bed this morning. When your muscles are sore should you let them rest or keep up the workouts? I want the best results so what would you recommend?

I've been waiting to get on for 3 hours!The game just says launching game session with my player on the screen.Then the odd person joins but then leaves because it takes to long.Please help i'm so annoyed it's appalling that such a good game doesn't have a tutorial on the story mode but does on the online when not needed.Help please.

For the last three months instead of sitting and going on my laptop i have been lying down on my bed with my laptop on my chest and over time ive picked necks pains and they happen round about once a week.i looked it up and it said something about nerve pressure and spinal cords and i'm worried.does anybody know what it is?

I'm 14 and 9 months am i fat because some of my friends look about the same weight as me but others weigh allot less.

I got the latest nvidia update which is the 320.18 and it gave me lag spikes and lowered my fps so it was unplayable so i went back too the previous driver which is the 314.22 and the lag spikes are still there.Before that driver was fine and now it's messed up.I have the nvidia geforce gt 640m

The specs are i3-2377m 1.5ghz,4 gb ram and nvidia geforce gt640m. I hope to upgrade to a i5 3570k before i plan to do this. Also if i have an external graphics card will my internal one work aswell?
