  • Herbal remedies for OCD?

I have a friend who has had OCD for the past 5-6 years.

She doesn't want to use prescription drugs due to the side effects being quite bad.

So I suggested for her to use herbal drugs which have no or little side effects, but I don't know which one might be best.

I've been looking into Dr Bach's flower remedies and they are supposedly really good, and I was thinking of White Chestnut which is for "unwanted thoughts and mental arguments"... but I am not sure?

Is there anything else which may help OCD?

  • What hair colour for a pale quarter black skin tone?

I'm thinking of dying my hair. Naturally my hair colour is brown, but I've been dying it the past couple of years from red, to more red, to black, then got my hair professionally dip dyed to brown and partially blonde, then I went back to red (which had blonde bits in it which strangely didn't look as bad as it sounds)...

Now I want to go back to a light colour again, maybe a dark blonde, or light brown, or a light brown with dark blonde highlights.

My eyebrows are dark brown, so would it look weird against light hair colour?

I am also quarter black, but very pale for quarter black....

help/advice will be a great help!!

also help with how to strip my hair, I've heard that "Colour b4" is good...?

and do I just put a dye on it afterwards? or will it go green for sure?

    thank you!

  • Will I still get paid for the days I've done at work even though I've quit now?

I was working at this job and the manager was extremely rude to me, so I quit (I don't need the job anyway as I have got another one now), but the I worked 2 days at that job, and when I quit I didn't give them any notice as I was just completely shocked at the manager's conduct, so I refused to go back in. But will I still get paid for the days that I did do?
